Do you know the self-conscientiotherapy cycle?
When resomating, the consciousness seeks personal fulfillment and the achievement of intimate well-being. However, when self-knowledge is insufficient, they can avoid dealing or managing adverse, different, or unexpected conditions, ignoring their own intraconsciential resources.
In some of these situations, the tendency is to elect external culprits for intimate conflicts, unmet expectations and consequent frustrations and dissatisfactions. However, the quality and maintenance of a healthy intraconsciential state is a personal responsibility.
Personal characteristics such as temperament, values, priorities, or conditionings influence this state and, for this reason, the lucidity of who we really are, how we manifest ourselves, which functioning mechanisms we use and the weaktraits and strongtraits we have, it is fundamental to achieve holosomatic stability and health.
Conscientiotherapy, through the application of the self-conscientiotherapy cycle, enables the consciousness to identify evolutionary brakes, and provides techniques, resources, and instruments to confront and overcome those, along with the recognition of strongtraits, potentialities and skills to be used in this process.
How does this cycle work?
The self-conscientiotherapy cycle is the logical and paraphysiological sequencing model of self-conscientiotherapy, which explains the self-cure process, composed by the stages of self-investigation, self-diagnosis, self-confrontation and self-overcoming 1,2.
Self-conscientiotherapy can be considered the therapeutic foundation of Conscientiotherapeuticology, and as a basic principle considers that the evolutient is responsible for the self-cure process of own pathologies and parapathologies, through personal will and actions, since the consciential evolution is personal and non-transferable.
Self-cure is relative and achieved gradually in tune with the level of self-investment and self-confrontation by the evolutient. It requires constancy and motivation for recycling that leads the consciousness to healthier levels and development of consciential autonomy.
In the evolutionary process, external help may be needed to identify diagnoses and establish self-confrontation techniques and actions. This help is called heteroconscientiotherapy, which counts on the performance of conscientiotherapists and paraconscientiotherapists in orientation and optimizing the application of the self-conscientiotherapy cycle.
What are the stages of self-conscientiotherapy?
Self-conscientiotherapy is didactically divided into four stages, according to the sequence below:
1. Self-investigation. Observation and investigation of self-thosenity, symptoms, parasymptoms, intraconsciential manifestations, actions and reactions, traits, physiological and paraphysiopathological functioning mechanisms, aiming to the self-diagnosis.
2. Self-diagnosis. Summarization of information and data from self-investigation, assessing the nature and cause of the priority problem to be addressed. Moment to name the self-diagnosis and assess the personal level of consciential health and illness.
3. Self-confrontation. Creation of action plans to be put into practice promptly, the establishment of feasible prescriptions in daily multidimensional personal routine to face the difficulty, trait, pathology or parapathology diagnosed, aiming to self-overcoming or self-cure. It is important, at this moment, to use the strongtraits, intraconsciential contributions and skills, such as self-organization for planning and applying self-prescriptions and conscientiotherapy techniques, in order to support the self-confrontation process.
4. Self-overcoming. Partial or total overcoming of the difficulty, after persistence in daily self-confrontations, generating intimate satisfaction and motivation to maintain the self-conscientiotherapy cycle. Increase and expansion of self-confidence and energy potential.
The practical application of the self-conscientiotherapy cycle, through the evolutient’s will and motivation, aims to promote intraconsciential recycling, self-deintrusion and allows proexological adjustments.
